On a trip with a friend to Lake Tahoe, I planned to photograph Wild Horses in Nevada.  By doing research online and contacting several friends, I was able to ascertain the approximate location of the horses.

Never in my wildest dreams, did I expect to be upclose and personal with them.  We watched and photographed them from a distance  in a field for two days, and on the second day, the herd followed me back up to my car.  They came within 10 feet of me.

This was one of those spiritual moments that took my breath away and I felt such an incredible connection with our natural world.
